I am deeply invested in your well-being, and am committed to actively eradicating racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, classism, ableism, and all forms of oppression in our work. The work of transforming our lives so often feels inaccessible - there have been so many times I needed help and support and just couldn't afford it.  The isolation and sense of shame this dynamic can carry is one way we are kept from our own healing and power. I resist this dynamic.

We can choose to be who we need.

All offerings are priced on a sliding scale. This sliding scale is a tool of trust, vulnerability, and accountability. I trust you to be honest about the resources available to you.  

Touch (holistic massage therapy & energy work): $85 - $100 / hour or $100 - $150 / 90 minutes
Sanctuary (intuitive counseling & coaching): $100 - $150 / hour
Listening Circle (practicing listening & being heard in a small group): $25 each
Writing Circle (generative writing and narrative support): $100 for 4 weeks

This pricing is often still too heavy a financial burden for many people; if this is the case for you, or if you have questions about this sliding scale, please contact me. Queer people of color and trans, gender-queer, non-binary, and gender-expansive folks may be eligible for additional discounts; be in touch.
